Presenting Mrs. Anderson's and Mrs. Vickerman's Class

Grade One and Grade Two students work collaboratively counting, organizing and graphing pumpkin seeds. Counting on, counting all and counting back. First grade students are using the models to help develop their understanding of addition and subtraction. Second graders share the mathematical strategies that they have have internalized.
