Grade Two Students in Mrs. Ochoa's Class truly enjoy using base ten pieces to deepen their understanding of place value (2.NBT.3) Read and write numbers to 1000 using base-ten numerals, number names and expanded form.

Grade K students celebrate 100 days of school 

K.CC.A.1 Counting and Carnality Our grade K students take a unique look at counting to 100. Students created pictures and mosaics with 100 items. It sure was a fun time for all.

Science in Grade 3

Mrs. Goldstein's Third Grade Class is comparing, contrasting and differentiating the States of Matter. Learning Stations are always an engaging activity for all students. 

Sixth Graders Prepare for Family Math Night

Our Sixth Grade Students are preparing for Family Math Night. This is the perfect opportunity to develop their mathematical communication skills, using clear and precise language in their discussions with others and in their own reasoning. This mathematical practice is an integral component of the common core.

Family Math Night 

Families from both the Fuller Meadow and Howe Manning School joined together for a great experience learning about the Common Core together. Some of the stations included activities for Number Sense, Geometry, Algebra, Measurement and many more. Our wonderful sixth grade students were the best station facilitators helping families navigate through all the fun activities.
